best thing since sliced bread....

really seems to be sliced bread. we went to the grocery store on thursday and got bread. then that day we made three sandwiches for going to the park, i made kendall two sandwiches to go to school, ethan had one sandwich for breakfast, then TWO for lunch, and avery had two slices of plain bread....and with that...one loaf of bread is almost gone, just the flat ends left. good thing we got two loaves yesterday and not just one. what will it be like when ethan is a teenager....man, i don't even want to think of it right now....

We go through 3 loaves in 2 weeks. And Chris has his own special bread for his lunches.

Elodie also likes her piece of bread and pink milk in the morning and we tear it up for Addysen a lot too.

Thank heavens for bread. Too bad it's $3 a loaf now! Maybe learning to use a wheat grinder isn't just a bad thing afterall!

Well Jen - I'm going to answer your Q about What will happen when the kids are teenagers - obviously they are going to eat more! a lot more, lol . And you possibly will have more kids, but fear not - Kendall will be rollin in the dough and you won't worry about bread! :)
Seriously 5 kids, 1 husband- I buy 8 loaves every 2 weeks at Sams Club! (BTW- 2 loaves for like $3.50ish)
So fear not - as long as there is sliced bread, they'll eat it! lol
PS - don't forget their friends who they bring to eat your bread too! It really is the best! Oh and if you do make homemade bread - just make more than you need! One loaf and a cube of butter disapears as soon as it is cool enough to cut! Wierd huh!
